The origin story of our British White cattle- there’s so much to tell, but this THE calf that started the journey! We love them for a couple reasons - they are relatively docile, easy keepers, who fart out calves and make great beef. To date, the associations don’t have EPD’s - which is hard for someone like me, but now that we’re 6 years into this and have a really close relationship with our processor, we’re confident in the quality.
