I got called out for a wild bee removal in Los Angeles today and these honey bees weren’t playing around. 🐝 They built their hive deep inside the wall and were super aggressive from the start. Based on how much old comb was inside, this was definitely an established hive that had been there for years. Opening it up felt like unleashing a can of bees (literally), but I came prepared. We had to move quickly and carefully. I was able to safely remove the entire hive and perform a full bee rescue,

Today I tackled a huge bee removal in Beverly Hills, CA! 🐝 This hive was massive—close to 200 pounds of honey and brood tucked into one of the most impractical spots I’ve seen, surrounded by conduit and pipes. The bees were aggressive, and I even got stung right through my suit. Despite the challenge, I safely secured the colony for relocation. I’ll be back in 10 days to finish the roof section.
