Here’s how to manage short naps⬇️ Short naps happen for lots of reasons. They are very developmentally normal and I find babes under 7 months have consistent short naps. Dropping to two naps around then helps them consolidate. So what do you do if the nap is short (shorter than 45 min)- this works for babes at any age. ➡️ if they wake up upset- pick them up and try to continue the nap. If after ten minutes they are still upset, try to feed or burp. ➡️if they wake up and are just awake- continue
